A reputable Water Management company, Future Select, is seeking a qualified and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out risk assessments across various sectors, including Leisure, Educational, Healthcare, Industrial, and Commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough Legionella risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend control measures.
  2. Develop and implement risk assessment protocols to ensure compliance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to mitigate legionella risks.
  4. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients, highlighting areas of improvement and suggested actions.
  5. Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring to ensure effective control measures are in place.
  6. Utilize schematic drawings to visualize and communicate risk assessment findings to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Hold a City and Guilds / WMSoc certification in Legionella Risk Assessment.
  2. Proven experience working as a risk assessor for a reputable Water Management company.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
