Job Description

At CastleView Group, we are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Factory Operative to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload machines, ensuring smooth production processes
  • Meet production targets and deadlines, working collaboratively with the team
  • Manually move products throughout the facility, maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Personal Specifications:

  • Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is essential
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and working proactively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work individually and as part of a team

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm

Competitive hourly rate of £11.44
