Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Heat Pump Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing and planned/reactive maintenance on Heat Pumps within residential properties. You will also provide customers with expert knowledge and assistance to enable them to minimize future energy costs and utilize their products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine servicing and planned/reactive maintenance on Heat Pumps within residential properties
  • Provide customers with expert knowledge and assistance to enable them to minimize future energy costs and utilize their products
  • Work with a range of different manufacturers' products
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company

Requirements:

  • Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps OR NVQ Level Plumbing & Heating qualification
  • Electrical qualifications if coming from an electrical background
  • Plumbing or heating experience
  • F-Gas (desirable)
  • Field Service Engineering experience desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
  • Excellent communication skills
