Conveyancing Solicitor Job Opportunity

Cadmans Solicitors, a well-established and respected high street solicitors practice in Bradford/Kirklees, is seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conveyancing/property law, excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of conveyancing/property work, including freehold, leasehold, new-build, and re-mortgage transactions. They will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries/estate agents, and contribute to marketing and business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in conveyancing/property law
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing/property law principles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
