Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor and control projects in terms of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Manage technical teams' time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management.
  • Dependent on experience - manage consultancy projects varying in size and complexity.
  • Effectively manage project change and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-discipline and cross-sector projects.
  • Drive innovation and efficiencies into project delivery.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is at the heart of all projects.
  • Understand what the client wants and deliver accordingly.
  • Work with our proposals teams to ensure smooth transition from project tender to delivery.
  • Assess the technical and commercial risk of projects during the sales process.
  • Create and review proposals and costings for new projects.

Requirements

The role is suitable for an experienced professional with a degree in an Environment-related field. You should possess and be able to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

  • Passion to deliver sustainability to clients and projects.
  • Ambition for a project management role covering environmental projects.
  • Ability to work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator with staff, clients, and partners.
  • Understanding of consultancy commercial models for both project delivery and tender development.
  • Collaborative individual that effectively builds teams.
  • Be driven to develop and improve technical skills and advance career.
