Key Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market while ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.

Requirements

  • Estate Agency experience preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
