Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at our Tamworth branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our account representatives to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
