As the Hospitality Services Manager , you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Hospitality Assistants and Care Assistants to guarantee a seamless dining service.
- Ensuring the dining area is impeccably prepared and maintained.
- Coordinating meal service to ensure timely and appealing presentation.
- Leading a team of Hospitality Assistants, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality hospitality services to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Assisting and guiding visitors to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Communicating residents' dietary preferences to the culinary team.
- Adhering to cleaning protocols and maintaining hygiene standards as per company policies.
- Documenting and reporting on cleaning schedules and compliance with health regulations.
- Supervising and allocating tasks to the hospitality team to ensure effective service delivery.
- Mentoring staff and fostering their professional development.
- Upholding the safeguarding and welfare of all residents under your care.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dining or Restaurant Supervisor is essential.
- Previous experience in a care environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Active participation in home activities is required.
