Job Summary

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Taxation Manager to join our team. As a Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance, leading on UK Group tax accounting & reporting, and providing advice on VAT issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage corporate tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
  • Lead on UK Group tax accounting & reporting, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Provide advice on VAT issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to projects including M&A, transfer pricing, WHT, and more
Requirements
  • Professionally qualified in tax or accountancy
  • Solid corporate tax experience, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
