Position: Accommodation Support Worker


Framework is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Young Parent Accommodation Service. This permanent role offers 37 hours per week, with a salary range of £22,994 - £24,156 FTE.


The Young Parent Service is designed to provide housing and support for young women aged 16 to 21 who are expecting or have young children. Our accommodation consists of self-contained flats, fostering an environment that promotes independence and personal growth.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Empower service users by enhancing their skills and confidence, particularly in parenting.
2. Contribute to the fulfillment of contractual service requirements.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
4. Ensure the welfare of service users and their children residing on-site.
5. Assist service users in transitioning to stable accommodation.


This role requires flexibility, including shift work and weekend duties on a rotating schedule. We are open to considering a reduced workweek of 30 hours, should that be necessary.


Please note that this position is exclusively for women, as per the Equality Act 2010, which Framework recognizes as a genuine occupational requirement.
