Commercial Manager Opportunity with Top Canadian Contractor

We are working with one of Canada's top 10 construction businesses, a tier 1 contractor with over 100 years of experience, to find a Commercial Manager to join their team in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded employer, recognized for their excellent working conditions and career progression opportunities.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the successful administration of contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, working closely with the Operations Director.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract administration and management
  • Commercial oversight and protection
  • Claims management
  • Collaboration with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of £20m+. Knowledge of the Canadian construction industry and its unique project structures is a plus.

This is a great opportunity for a UK-based candidate to relocate to Canada, with the employer handling visa and work permit applications, and providing financial support for relocation.
