The successful candidate will provide specialist support to ensure the effective management, handling, and response to customer requests from service users. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of up to 10 people, alongside colleagues in the wider highways service, internal/external stakeholders, and the Council's service centre, which acts as the first point of contact for the highways service.
