At Adecco UK Limited, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Goods: Unload, inspect, and report discrepancies.
  • Storing Goods: Organize and safely store items, manage inventory.
  • Picking & Packing Orders: Select, pack, and label items for shipping.
  • Dispatching Goods: Load trucks, complete documentation, coordinate with drivers.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts, update records, report shortages.
  • General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, maintain equipment, follow safety regulations.
  • Operating Reach Trucks: Move goods, retrieve and store items on high shelves.
  • Material Handling: Safely lift and transport heavy items.
  • Loading & Unloading: Efficiently stack and organize pallets.
  • Safety Compliance: Conduct pre-operation checks, follow safety protocols, report hazards.
  • Assisting with Other Duties: Support general warehouse tasks, collaborate with team members.
