Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Education Support Professional to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate eager to work alongside experienced class teachers to gain valuable experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students within lessons, working closely with the senior leadership team and class teachers.
  • Assist with the planning and preparation of educational activities and materials.
  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and engagement of all students.
Requirements
  • A degree in an education-related subject from a reputable UK university.
  • Experience working with young children, with a strong understanding of their educational needs.
  • Ability to support students of all abilities and ages in core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £450 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, paid via PAYE on a weekly basis.
  • An immediate start, with opportunities to go permanent in September 2025.
