Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Job Description:
As a key member of the Accounts team at Hydro Cleansing Ltd, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include processing the monthly and weekly payroll, producing aged debtor reports, and assisting with the preparation of the balance sheet and profit & loss.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
- Produce accurate and timely aged debtor reports
- Assist with the preparation of the balance sheet and profit & loss
- Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- Ensure authorized purchase orders support all purchases
- Respond to supplier queries via telephone and email
- Answer sales ledger queries (externally and internally)
- Assist with month-end procedures, including preparing and posting month-end journals
- Manage prepayment and accruals
Requirements:
- Part-qualified AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent level of qualification
- Experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in SAGE 50 Accounts and Payroll
