Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec are seeking a Sales Director to join their team
We are proud to be partnered with a well-established hospitality business as they're looking for a Sales Director to join their growing team.
This role will be focused exclusively on their newest venue, which will be opening soon. This new venue is the first of its kind for the brand, and is an incredibly exciting venture into a new space.
They're looking for someone to focus on attracting corporate businesses and large groups to the new venue. This role will be onsite at the venue itself.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all sales enquiries are responded to effectively, securing the booking with the correct product for that customer.
- Business Development: proactively reach out to businesses, charitable organizations, public sector workplaces and any other relevant potential sources of bookings.
- To effectively manage and deploy sales team members to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion, while balancing the need to carry out ongoing business development work.
- Maintain contact with previous customers, sharing new offers and inviting back for further events.
- To proactively maintain all digital listings websites, and to suggest additional listings opportunities as appropriate.
- Ensure the onsite team is fully up to speed with current offers and events.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle
- Strong practical event management experience
- Event hosting experience is beneficial
- Proven track record of achieving team and personal targets
- Strong account management experience
- Knowledge of how to maintain and maximise the use of CRM software
