About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our team at Goldman Sachs, responsible for defining and prioritizing initiatives and working with Engineering teams to specify requirements and lead the delivery of these initiatives in an Agile project framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on test coverage and support Testing colleagues to ensure appropriate QA is undertaken.
  • Ensure all considerations are made for changes moving to production, working with Delivery colleagues to update Training/processes, ensure reporting is in place, and align public website content.
  • Consider the holistic agent and customer experience, including digital interactions and customer communications.
  • Work with Engineering teams to prioritize, schedule, and implement changes to digital content and functionality.
  • Collaborate with Design colleagues to deliver a best-in-class end-to-end user experience across digital channels.
  • Maintain a full understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory issues.
  • Interact with the data analytics team to define and maintain a MI dashboard to inform CRO activity.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to drive meaningful change in a controlled and agile manner.
  • Experience working in agile business and technology development structure.
  • Experience of working with CRM and Analytics platforms as a Product Owner is desirable.
  • Self-directed team player, ability to drive high performance and work independently or in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of iOS and/or Android mobile and tablet platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience of managing & optimizing digital customer journeys, ideally in retail financial services.
