About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Fundraiser. As a representative of Charity Link, you will be the public face of one of our esteemed charities, interacting with the community and seeking their support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with the public in a professional and courteous manner, building rapport and trust to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
  • Work independently, using your initiative to achieve targets and meet sales goals.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively convey the importance of our charity's mission and the impact of donations.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of donations and interactions, providing regular updates to the team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a similar face-to-face sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to reach and surpass targets.
  • Ability to work core hours, including twilight hours (5-7 pm), when most people are at home.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
