Technical Sales Specialist

As a key member of our Audio Visual Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' business forward in the Australian market.
You will identify strategic sales opportunities, tailor AV solutions, and effectively communicate our product and service value. This requires a blend of technical prowess, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' AV needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with design and engineering teams for customized AV solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase proposed solutions and their benefits.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed technical proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong client, vendor, and industry partner relationships.
- Project Support: Work with project management and installation teams for smooth project delivery.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on AV trends and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred, with industry certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in AV industry, with focus on technical presales and solution design.
- Skills: Demonstrated relationship-building and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam/AutoCAD, and AVIXA CTS certifications desirable.
- Additional Requirements: Experience with SimPRO software and ability to obtain NV1 security clearance, General Induction: White Card required.
