Are you passionate about empowering young people with autism or a learning disability to achieve their full potential? Do you have a background in employability, further education, or apprenticeships? We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our Supported Internships programme, partnering with local employers to provide life-changing opportunities for young people aged 16–24 with an EHCP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust quality assurance process to ensure successful placements and high-quality support for young people.
  • Collaborate with the Access to Work Manager to maximize support and funding for young people, driving positive outcomes and employment opportunities.
  • Lead a team of Senior Employment Coaches, Employment Coaches, and Job Coaches, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Review contractual dashboard numbers and lead steering meetings to drive programme success and continuous improvement.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, supporting them to gain valuable work experience, accredited qualifications, and transition into paid employment.
