About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Studies Assistant Manager to join our team in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Oxford.
As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our PGCertificate, PGDiploma, and MSc courses. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of the student lifecycle, from admission to successful completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our students.
You will work closely with our academic staff and other administrative teams to provide effective support and guidance to students, staff, and faculty. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records, managing student queries, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
The Department of Paediatrics is a world-renowned research centre, and as a Graduate Studies Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with internationally acclaimed researchers and contribute to the development of innovative research programmes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in higher education administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support.
