Commercial Lawyer

The Law Firm Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Woking, England.

About the Role

As a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of commercial property transactions for clients. You will work closely with businesses, property developers, and investors to ensure smooth and legally compliant property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements
2. Providing legal advice on business transactions
3. Conducting legal research on commercial law issues
4. Negotiating terms and conditions for commercial deals
5. Representing clients in commercial disputes

Requirements

1. Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial law
2. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues effectively
3. Proficient in IT for legal research and document drafting
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
