The Talent Crowd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing clients across various sectors, both B2C and B2B.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Oversee the delivery of client projects across all channels, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Manage and mentor a small team of Account Managers/Execs, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborate with the Client Services Director to develop and implement business strategies
