Radiographer (Bank) - Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiographer (Bank) to join our team at Nuffield Health Ipswich Hospital. As a Radiographer (Bank), you will play a critical role in delivering our high-quality diagnostic imaging service, working with leading practitioners and new practices, equipment, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, ensuring that all imaging procedures are carried out with sensitivity and compassion.
- Work with a varied caseload in the department, on the ward, and in theatre, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and develop junior colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of new practices, equipment, and facilities, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging.
Requirements:
- BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of technical knowledge and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Great eye for detail and caring by nature.
