This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading Estate Agency in the property sector. Based in a thriving city, you will be joining a close team who all thrive on helping and developing each other This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised and tenacious with the motivation to progress within the industry.

  • Annual salary up to £25,000, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus based on business performance
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:15pm
  • One Saturday in four, 9am – 5:15pm
  • Encourage and negotiate Sales with buyers and vendors
  • Greet all current and prospective clients when they enter the office
  • Answer the telephone, deal with all enquiries accordingly
  • Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator
  • Full driving licence and use of own car
  • Fantastic customer service and previous sales experience
  • Great communication skills both in person and over the phone
