Sunblink Ltd is a leading eye care provider seeking a proficient and dedicated Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse to enhance our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support surgeons during eye surgical procedures
- Establish and uphold sterile surgical conditions
- Handle surgical tools and equipment efficiently
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout surgical interventions
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver outstanding patient care
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) with valid NMC/HCPC registration
- At least 2 years of experience in a scrub nurse role, ideally within ophthalmology
- In-depth understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures and instruments
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
