Job Description

At HGS, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell, upsell, and cross-sell products and services to customers in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Utilize consultative and customer-focused approaches to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and individual goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CXC/CAPE certification preferred.
