Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of store products, including wine and other beverages.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Desirable Qualifications

  • WSET Foundation Certificate.
  • Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
