Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our team at Perfect Hire Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of Wills and Probate matters, overseeing work allocation within the department, and assisting with the training and supervision of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and Advising on Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney
  • Handling Court of Protection Cases
  • Trusts and Estate Planning
  • Providing Advice on Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing Wills and Probate cases independently
  • IT literate, with experience using case management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and client care skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to participate in business development initiatives
