About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals Careers. As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our rental fleet and customer equipment, ensuring they're in top working condition.
On a daily basis, you'll service and repair a range of specialist survey equipment, including Total stations, GNSS, Laser Scanners & Construction lasers from leading manufacturers like Trimble, Leica & Topcon.
Based in our manufacturer-approved service centre, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and comprehensive service and maintenance records. Effective communication is key, so you'll need to keep your Line Manager and customers informed as required.
As a team player, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards are maintained while complying with company procedures and processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior experience in a Service Technician role.
- Experience working with survey equipment is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service.
- Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
