Job Summary:
Concept Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining access solutions equipment, ensuring that it operates to specification. You will also provide reliable maintenance, repairs, and exceptional customer service to our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Connect, commission, and maintain SKIDATA equipment, IT hardware/software, network devices, EV charging, and other access control devices.
- Service and Support: Answer, acknowledge, and attend service, installation, and planned maintenance calls. Provide accurate quotes to the Service team and identify chargeable calls.
- Technical Expertise: Proactively provide feedback to help improve first fix rate and reduce return visits. Escalate technical issues to the Technical Services Team and work together to achieve resolution.
- Customer Training: Complete customer hardware and software training remotely via Cornerstone software, on the job, at the Hemel Hempstead office, and if required, in Austria.
- Travel and Work Environment: Work in a specified geographic area but may need to travel nationally and stay overnight when required. Ability to work in car parks, stadia, and construction environments.
- Requirements:
- IT hardware and software maintenance.
- Application installation and firmware.
- Basic network technology knowledge.
- ANPR installation and maintenance.
- Field Service or commissioning experience.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- CCENT/CCNA.
- Parking Access Equipment installation and maintenance.
- Stadia Access Equipment installation and maintenance.
- Experience with Installing and Maintaining CCTV systems.
