About the Role:
Connect Appointments is seeking dependable candidates to fill the role of Food Production Operative. This position is essential for maintaining the efficiency of our client's food production operations.


What We Offer:
- A schedule of 5 days a week, from 6am to 6pm
- Competitive pay ranging from £12 to £18 per hour, with weekly payments

Your Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the food production line, ensuring that the production process runs smoothly while maintaining high-quality standards. Your key duties will include:
- Picking and packaging customer orders
- Verifying that all loaded/unloaded items correspond with the relevant documentation
- Reporting any damaged or missing items to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors
- Keeping the warehouse environment clean and organized, as well as maintaining equipment
- Managing the storage and distribution of produced items
- Assisting with inventory control within the warehouse
- Performing general warehouse and labor duties

What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this production role, you should ideally possess previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or fast-paced environment, with food processing experience being particularly beneficial. Additionally, you should have:
- Good physical strength and fitness
- Excellent teamwork abilities
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
