**Job Summary**

Thornton Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to lead our team in the North West region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, re-mortgaging, and equity release. You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to a team of fee earners and assistants.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion
  • Lead and motivate a team of fee earners and assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve team performance

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using case management systems and other relevant software
