About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Night Chef de Partie to join our award-winning Culinary Team, responsible for creating exceptional dishes using locally sourced Scottish produce.

As a Night Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie
  • Strong knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques
  • Competence in meat, fish, and poultry cooking, and the preparation of vegetables, basic stocks, soups, and sauces
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude towards guest service
