Mental Health Assistant Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Practitioner to join our dynamic and caring team in West CAMHS. As an Assistant Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to individuals with moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and support service users in achieving their recovery goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery-focused care plans, ensuring that service users receive timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and coordinated service, promoting a culture of mutual respect and open communication.
- Participate in reflective practice sessions, clinical supervision, and line management supervision to ensure ongoing professional development and growth.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and participate in training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for an experienced and qualified Assistant Practitioner who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Care certificate or relevant equivalent.
- Foundation Degree in Health and Social Care/Mental Health or apprenticeship in H&SC/Mental Health L5.
- Experience working with service users with mental health needs.
- Working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Working knowledge and understanding of CPA process.
