Your Role: Demand Planner

As a Demand Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting our Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization.

  • Sales Order Management: You will manage the sales order process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Customer Forecasting: Analyze customer data to develop accurate demand forecasts, supporting production planning.
  • Production Scheduling: Collaborate with production teams to create efficient production schedules based on forecasted demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure materials are available when needed for production.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales, operations, and supply chain performance, providing insights for decision-making.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
  • Strong understanding of multi-machine planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ideally in molding or multi-component BOMs (Bill of Materials).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
