Security Systems Installation Technician

Vocosa Ltd offers a diverse range of services that include the installation and maintenance of computer IT, Audio Visual (AV), CCTV and Access Control solutions in various settings, including private businesses and educational institutions.
The company has an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT/AV/CCTV Installation Specialist to help deliver the AV, IT and CCTV solutions we supply to our clients. This role is physically demanding, often requiring work outdoors and involves heavy lifting.
To be successful in this role, you will need to deliver and assist with high-quality installations to our clients, ensuring attention to detail. You should be able to work independently, as well as in a team, and be flexible to changing deadlines.
The role is an opportunity for a manual worker looking to transition into a new career direction or a school leaver. Enhanced DBS and Security clearance checks will be conducted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assist with high-quality installations to clients
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Be flexible to changing deadlines
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of computer IT, AV, CCTV and Access Control solutions
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence essential (company vehicles are provided for jobs)
- Own car essential for commuting to work each day
- Previous IT/AV installation experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Willingness to apply for an ECS card (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme)/CSCS card
