Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a Product Delivery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients by coordinating key elements of product delivery, working closely with various stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Revisit desired capabilities within our teams, define product selection for the future, and develop a comprehensive roadmap.
- Coordinate key elements of the plan among various stakeholders, including business and digital teams.
- Organize workshops and discussions to facilitate collaboration and ensure effective communication.
- Support program governance through detailed plans, RAAID, Change Requests, and Business Change Impact Assessments.
- Proactively identify potential risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure project success.
Requirements
- A working understanding of major system change programs, preferably SAP, and the complexity associated with them.
- Proficiency in using program/project management tools, such as RAAID and trackers for inputs.
- Relevant previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Able to build rapport with various stakeholder types, including business leaders and technical experts.
- Proven strong IT skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
