Vinyl Graphics Team Lead

Job Summary
This is a hands-on Vinyl Graphics Team Lead position where you will oversee a team of skilled Graphic Technicians. You will work closely with the Head of Paint Shop to drive the development of the department, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and maximize the capabilities of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple manufacturing departments to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Organize Technicians for each job, prioritizing effectively and maximizing productivity within your working area.
- Serve as the first point of contact for any issues, promptly communicating deviations and facilitating resolution.
- Manage all specifications and up revisions in accordance with Production Control and Engineering.
- Communicate any quality issues to the relevant departments, ensuring thorough recording for corrective action.
- Provide feedback on issues and suggest improvements for cost or lead-time reductions.
- Support the Head of Department to drive and develop the departmental continuous improvement element.
- Introduce new staff and new contractors and organize training on all systems, equipment, and standard operating procedures.
- Work to all Epicor procedures, including strict adherence to ensuring works orders are raised, signed off, and kept with the job in hand at all times to maintain data integrity.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and be flexible in workload demands, demonstrating adaptability to our ever-evolving requirements.

You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines, challenging situations, and delivery pressures.
