In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our giving campaigns, from strategy development to execution and analysis. Your expertise will be key in optimizing our approach, increasing supporter engagement, and maximizing returns on investment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to achieve our goals
  • Managing a small team of two, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and success
  • Handling income and expenditure budgets up to £1 million, requiring strong budgeting and forecasting skills
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

This is a hybrid role that requires occasional travel to our office, where you will be surrounded by a friendly and motivated team. We offer a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and death-in-service plan.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end fundraising campaigns
