Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the day-to-day performance of D365 meets business needs and introduce new functionality to the tool.
  2. Collaborate with IT colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure back-end integrations work as designed.
  3. Contribute to team performance against agreed objectives and performance indicators.
  4. Develop and support custom Dynamics CRM solutions using D365.
  5. Build new and troubleshoot existing plug-ins, extensions, solutions, business logic, and other custom development as required.

Requirements:

  1. Background in Microsoft CRM development and customisation, preferably on Dynamics 365.
  2. Expertise in CRM integrations, with specific experience in Scribe & Click Dimensions advantageous.
  3. Web technologies - Microsoft.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, VSTS.
