Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller to produce monthly management accounts, departmental reports, and Board packs for review.
  • Contribute to the development of departmental reporting, including discussions of results with the Financial Controller and Finance Director.
  • Manage the rolling 12-week group cash flow, presenting updates weekly to the Finance Director and Financial Controller.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for review by the Financial Controller.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit packs, serving as a key contact for the external audit team.
  • Work with the team to gain a thorough understanding of essential processes, providing support during peak times and covering absences.
Key Qualifications:
  • Confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with effective staff management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
