Position Summary: In the role of Construction Project Supervisor, you will take charge of a major residential initiative involving the construction of 100 traditional homes. Your leadership will be crucial in steering the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and the highest quality and safety standards.

Primary Duties:

  • Direct and oversee the on-site construction crew, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage all phases of the construction project from initiation to finalization.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while fostering a safety-first culture on-site.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to swiftly address any challenges.
  • Track project advancement, compile reports, and relay updates to upper management.
  • Guarantee the project is delivered on schedule and within financial constraints.
  • Uphold rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process.
  • Encourage a collaborative and positive work atmosphere, promoting teamwork.

Qualifications:
