Job Title: Machine Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Employee Finder Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair CNC machines, plant equipment, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement corrective maintenance to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance duties for various machines.
  • Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) or similar practices.
  • Ability to educate others on best practices for work performance.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in new areas.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 3-week on, 2-week off schedule. The successful candidate will be based in Coventry, Ansty Park, and will be required to work morning and afternoon shifts.

Salary:

The salary for this position is £39,000, plus an afternoon shift allowance.
