About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Applications Development Manager to lead our Digital Applications team. As a key member of our IT, Data & Business department, you will be responsible for shaping, maintaining, and delivering best practice digital solutions that help achieve business goals and objectives.

You will enjoy finding opportunities to improve and optimize the use of current systems, services, and associated processes to help achieve strategic objectives. Your expertise in VWO and Data Analytics (GA, Sitecore, Hotjar) will be invaluable in driving business growth and improving customer experience.

As a Digital Applications Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating a strategic, multi-year digital solutions roadmap, including the introduction and deployment of composable architecture and AI. You will also support colleagues, understand their requirements, and translate these into working solutions that increase the ability of business users to self-serve using digital tools as far as reasonably possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a strategic, multi-year digital solutions roadmap.
  • Support colleagues and translate their requirements into working solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and regularly iterate the IT, Digital, and Data roadmap.
  • Use Waterfall and Agile project delivery to ensure all accountable projects and project activities are delivered on time.
  • Ensure the website and digital applications comply with current E-Privacy and GDPR regulations.
  • Ensure best practice software development, IT Security, and Business Continuity measures are always employed.
About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Applications Development Manager with a strong understanding of VWO and Data Analytics. You should have significant proven experience of leading/managing a modern digital architecture and be able to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
