Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with patients from initial eligibility appointments to implementation and assessment of care, ensuring a high standard of treatment is provided.
  • Provide medicines information and pharmaceutical advice to patients, as well as prescribing repeat prescription requests.
  • Make autonomous decisions and effectively manage workload while developing the service.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Pharmacy (BSc./MSc.)
  • GPhC Registration
  • Experience in Independent Prescribing (1+ years)
  • Passion for high-quality care
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
