Position Overview:
We are seeking a Nursery Operations Leader to become part of our management team. This role requires flexibility to work across all 11 nursery locations to cover various absences, including maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality care and education to children and their families.
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and monitor children's learning outcomes.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families.
- Achieve and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability.
- Develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentorship.
- Focus on revenue generation and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- At least 3 years of experience in Nursery Management.
- Proven track record of leading an Outstanding Ofsted inspection.
- Possession of a full clean driving license.
- Relevant training in safeguarding and child protection.
