This position is ideal for individuals with substantial personal tax expertise who are eager to advance their careers within a progressive firm that supports professional development. You will be entrusted with managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a portfolio of self-assessment tax clients, including individuals, partnerships, and trusts: preparing annual tax returns, managing budgets and invoicing, and offering tax guidance as needed.
- Delivering specialized advisory services related to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, and Estate planning.
- Preparation of P11D forms.
- Providing mentorship and supervision to junior tax personnel.
- Engaging with prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an accountancy practice is essential.
- Proficient knowledge and use of tax software.
- Ability to work independently without direct oversight.
