Cloud Decisions - CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Systems Analyst/Consultant to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, owning the sales/CRM system requirements, and creating clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Own the sales/CRM system requirements and ensure they align with business objectives
  • Create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents
  • Analyse and prioritize requirements to ensure they meet business needs
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure the as-is to be-is delivered by the partner, RQ's are met by their functional/technical process and challenged
  • Ensure UAT/system testing meets all the RQ's + needs of the programme RQ's

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRM Business Systems Analyst at enterprise level
  • Been involved in the implementation of a number of complex enterprise CRM transformations
  • Lead to Opportunity including opportunity management, account and contact management, pipeline management, renewals management, sales forecasting, bid/tender management
  • Multinational implementations in multiple countries, currencies, time zones, languages
