Senior Finance Officer (Hybrid) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Officer to join our team in Bradford. This is a hybrid role, requiring some on-site presence but with the majority of the time spent working remotely.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the cash and banking team during a transitional period, ensuring the smooth implementation of a restructuring project. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and experience in using SAP financial systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Allocating cash in and out of bank accounts to the correct budget codes
  • Completing timely and accurate reconciliations of all bank accounts and control accounts
  • Investigating variances and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting
  • Providing support to the financial accounting team with ad-hoc requests
